(NYSE: HCFT) (“we”, “HCFT” or “the Company”) announced the declaration of a cash dividend of $0.075 per share of common stock with respect to the second quarter of 2019, which represents a 7% increase over the first quarter of 2019 dividend of $0.07 per share. This is the Company’s second consecutive quarterly dividend increase and is reflective of the Company’s positive view of its projected performance in 2019. The second quarter common stock dividend is payable on July 15, 2019 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on June 28, 2019.
